Global Video Competition on Ozone Layer Protection - Oct, 2001. The Global Video Competition was organized by UNEP DTIE's OzonAction Programme with support provided by the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol. It was open to adults living in developing countries that are Party to the Montreal Protocol. Countries organized national competitions and selected the best entries. Ten regional finalists were selected from among the national winners. See.
