Energy Efficiency
UNEP Energy's energy efficiency activities
generally focus on the needs of developing countries and countries
with economies in transition. The activities involve various facets
of technology research, development, transfer and commercialization,
as well as promoting industrial new and innovative energy efficiency
methodologies and techniques.
UNEP Energy works with a broad spectrum of partners in these efforts,
including industry associations, NGOs, financial institutions
and the private sector.
