Ayman joined the Compliance Assistance Programme (CAP) at ROWA financed by the MLF of Montreal Protocol starting from Jan. 2003.Ayman was working in field of refrigeration and air-conditioning industry since 1992. His experience in this field and its different sectors and applications qualified him to join the Egyptian Ozone Unit at the capacity of Technical Advisor since 1999 where, he was closely related to the Montreal Protocol. During the last three years he was involved directly to the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Egyptian RMP as well as refrigeration compliance projects.
