Yerzhan Aisabayev (Kazakhstan), joined UNEP as the Programme Officer for Institutional Strengthening Projects (IS), Refrigerant Management Plans (RMP) and National Compliance Assistance Plans (NCAP) in December 2002. He graduated from Moscow State University (M.A. in Philosophy) and from Free University of Berlin (M.A. in Political Science). His previous work experiences include working for various non-profit organizations, including UNDP.
