Context

With gas prices skyrocketing, our client, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA), wanted quickly to get the word out to Northeast Ohioans that RTA can help ease the pain.

Philosophy/Solution

To accomplish this, we created an outdoor and radio campaign to target Clevelanders in their cars. And let them know in a quick, simple, “sticky” kind of way that gas prices wouldn’t drive them crazy, if they would just stop driving. And start riding RTA.

Results

We don't expect to get results for another month. However, our previous ad campaigns have contributed to an unprecedented 3.7 percent increase in RTA ridership since January 2004.
