Context

When operating the services entrusted by the public authorities, Veolia Water commits to ensure that water cycle management is carried out in a responsible manner. This is why Veolia also considered as a duty to raise awareness on sustainable practices to save water.

Philosophy/Solution

To incite consumers to adopt a more environmentally-friendly behaviour by saving water and energy. The campaign consists of local initiatives supported by the company, mainly through the creation of a mascot, Victor, and school educational kits.

Results

According to Veolia, the impact on both customers’ attitudes and behaviours has been positive.
