Description / Synopsis

WWF Canada produced a multi-media campaign (English only) with a Global Warming focus.

Context

Pre-campaign research indicated that Global Warming topped the list as the most urgent environmental issue by a fair margin. 70% agree that we are almost at the point of no return with global warming and we must act now. Therefore, it was is a very favourable time to align the vast interest in Global Warming with WWF Canada. By promoting its involvement with an issue of such tremendous Global scope, WWF-Canada is continuing to build broad equity in its true positioning that WWF Canada is a global conservation organization.

Philosophy/Solution

The objectives were to: 1. Raise awareness of WWF-Canada’s fight to solve Global Warming and supply a solution based call to action (saveourclimate.ca) to motivate consumers to find out more. 2. Predispose consumers, through increased awareness for revenue generation via direct mail and online. 3. Continue brand repositioning to more accurately reflect our work as a global conservation organization
