About this CD-ROM
This CD-ROM is produced by UNEP and Danish Standards in connection with the production of the publication "Life Cycle Management: A business guide to sustainability".
Included on this CD-ROM is a collection of LCM publications and materials that until now has been an output of the UNEP/SETAC Life Cycle Initiative. This includes inspiration materials, a guide, a comprehensive background document, training materials and more.
Jeppe Frydendal, Danish Standards,
was responsible for the production including the layout. The cover of the
CD-ROM illustrates a basketball due to the fact that the cover of the printed
guide symbolises the life cycle of a basketball. Each of the pictures on the
front of the printed guide and on the start page of this CD-ROM shows different
stages - raw material extraction, production, transportation, use and disposal
respectively.
